Hello everyone,

We would like to welcome some new students that joined our dojo family over the summer and in September

Welcome to The  Maya, Malik and Mikael R. To Elise A and Paisley K, Kamil H and Jeremy O. Welcome to another new adult student Karen A. 

Exciting things are happening at the dojo. Starting with the launch of our new website. lincolnshukokai.com Please check the site weekly for new information.

Soon we will launch another website dedicated to our international team and tournament events and training schedules.

We have grading upcoming for some of our juniors beginning this Thursday.

We will have our dojo tournament in November. I hope all students will try the tournament. 

We will begin sparring sessions soon. If you would like to purchase an equipment package for your student, please let me know. Package includes a helmet, gloves, a mouth guard and a bag to hold it all in. Cost is $90 tax included.

We will be starting training sessions for our tournament and future tournament competitors very soon. These extra sessions are free and are conducted with a video connection with Sensei Brad Grant-Smith from Vernon B.C. 7th Dan and multi time World and European finalist and champion. These sessions will be open to all students blue belt and up if you are looking to compete Internationally.

I would like to hold a parents meeting after class on Saturday October 25th at 12:30 pm. Please send any questions you may have to my email so I can answer them on the day if possible. We would also like to have some ideas for fundraising and anyone willing to help out with our fundraising committee.

I am also looking for someone to volunteer to create and publish a dojo newsletter every other month. Nothing too extravagant, just simple that can be sent out by email.
